The staff were fantastic and very helpful.
My Classic Single Room was extremely cramped, making it challenging to move around comfortably. The bathroom was painfully small, and I struggled to find space for my toiletries. the air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the noise from the street made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

the location is amazin, super close to the train station and stores. love the front desk service too, they were really helpful. we also got free transport cards, which was super convenient. rooms were clean and comfy. there's a nice chocolate shop nearby, although stuff was cheaper in interlaken.
our room on the 5th floor was really hot, so better to stick to rooms on the lower floors. breakfast was just okay and sometimes staff seemed a bit overwhelmed.

The Classic Twin Room was a bit small, honestly a tight squeeze to walk around. But it was cozy enough and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was modern, which was a nice touch. I appreciated the free public transport ticket they gave us at check-in, too. One downside was the breakfast. it was pretty basic with no hot items, just coffee and croissants served behind the front desk. the tiny elevator could only fit two people at a time, which was a bit of a hassle.
